    Positive Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at FMC Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good place to learn. Just keep your head down and learn.

    Cons

No one is experience enough to value your work. One who shouts out loud gets the fruit not the one who reaps it. Top management is only concern with billing, and even selling that what they don't have. Management is doing a really bad job. Global policies are not applicable to FMC India. Not at all a place to stay.

    Advice to Management

Should be more friendly and people orientated. Start respecting people.

I worked at FMC Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

great work and steep learning curve

    Cons

Too much favoritism being practiced, not that someone will be undermined but some may get undue advantage.

    Advice to Management

Try to retain good aspiring talents by providing opportunities and not replace them with less "ambitious people".
