      I have been working with FairgrovePM for the past 3 years. It is a great place to work, offering a welcoming and positive environment where employees are truly valued. The management team is very supportive, always ready to guide and encourage growth. Inclusiveness and diversity are at the core of the company culture. Fairgrove PM embraces teaming and celebrates even the smallest success of it members. Overall, it's a place where both personal and professional growth are nurtured.

      Pros

      The top management bosses were nice, the company seemed to know where it is heading and was always sharing updates on a regular basis.

      Cons

      The problem was a couple people with some level of toxicity on the management level, when the company was aware but no changes were made, although promised. Several good employees ended up leaving for medium level management not working properly with their teams.
