Work doesn't feel like work; it's so much more fun when you work with the right people and build the right culture. Fantasy's culture might sound like a fairytale story, but it's all real. - Best clients to work with - Most talented teammates/colleagues to learn from - Everyone feels very trusted and empowered - Leadership are always approachable and supportive no matter your level
Cons
No cons, I genuinely love working here. All agencies have fast-paced life, but at fantasy, I feel that workflow is very well balanced. If you do feel burnt out, be vocal, and I bet you will be heard.
