Tech team is good and everyone except management is very supportive. Pay is good but there are occasional delays.

I have worked in many companies and this is the worst one yet. Management is useless. No actual work, what matters most is how much hours you clock in HR software. You can spend the whole day watching movies but your hours will counted regardless of what work you did. Management has no idea what is going on and they are mostly not in office either. Most of good people have already left or are planning to leave. I hardly suggest not to join this company. Before joining just ask for their leave policy and judge yourself. Here's a short summary: - Salary is very uncertain. - Hours instead of actual work. - You'll work on something that has no future. - Management is full of politics. - They have hired friends and relatives in management that keeps sharp eyes on people and play politics. - They will ask your opinion but will never act on it. - They will go back on their own words down the line. I can go on and on but I am not jobless like the founder who is rarely seen in office.

I have worked in India and outside India but FarmGuide is the best place for work among all my previous employers. - Very flexible and employee-friendly workplace. - Staff development and Work-life balance is the key work culture at FarmGuide which makes it unique to its identity. - Opportunity to grow and develop in your role pretty rapidly - The really smart and Young talented staff - You will learn so many new technologies
