There is good pay The office is in a good location People working here seem to believe in the mission
Cons
Amateur management and weak leadership. The founders have no idea how to actually develop a product, build a business, or run a business. They just make up policy as they go. There are serious technical deficiencies as well. They claim to have these great values, but it is just lip service-when inconvenient those values go out the window.
