Pros
Free snacks, drinks and lunch. Everyone is friendly because we all share the same ideology. If you are not left-wing progressive, you wont fit in. The pods are also nice for doing deep work.
Cons
Founders have a history of shutting down businesses without warning (Halcyon), so I'm never sure how much longer we really have. There are endless Covid booster mandates, and as soon as the new omicron booster is available, that will be mandated too. Management is unprofessional, and thinks it is appropriate to air dirty laundry in public (see the glass door post from Sept 3, 2021). I've never before worked for a company where this would be acceptable.
