Pros
Great pay. Flexible with schedule start times (if wanting to change). Fairly easy to get a day off if needed.
Cons
No benefits for part-timers. End time varies wildly, which makes it difficult to plan a life outside of work. Hours have been cut, leaving the crew extremely short staffed, thus working longer shifts than planned. Supervisor is a nightmare! All said person does is conduct personal business on cell phone all day, and yell at staff and customers. Very demeaning and unprofessional. Service manager is nice, but does nothing to remedy the situation with said supervisor. Office staff share the same rude attitude, which is disgusting.
