As a full-time employee, you are scheduled 35 hours, however 93% of the time you still only end up with 25 hours on your paycheck. They cut people and send them home left and right if there’s not enough trucks yes you can pick up hours or another shift, however if you are scheduled for 35 hours you can only pick up one five hour shift. This is because their time clock system is not aware that the previous 3 to 4 nights you only work three hours. So you end up with a check of 25 hours. I started with FedEx is part time member of management convinced me to come full-time. I left a job that I was at least working 40 hours a week at to come to FedEx because I was promised numerous things. None of these things have happened.
