      Good company to work for. Privately owned and have a clear vision and strategy, they are investing in the future of the business. Informal culture and great colleagues. You can make a real impact with your work.

      Cons

      Ambitious goals, does lead to running many projects with not always enough resource or bandwidth.

      Pros

      Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

      Cons

      Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
