      Pros

      Working at Firefish for the past three years has been a highly rewarding experience. As a software developer, I had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, which means i am always working on something new and exciting. One of the biggest advantages of working here was the ability to work from home, which provided excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      None that i would consider a con.

      Pros

      A very supportive and collaborative team with approachable management who are always willing to listen and guide. The company creates a positive work culture where everyone works together to achieve shared goals, and contributions are valued and recognized. It also has a good work-from-anywhere policy.

      No significant concerns at this time.

      Pros

      Good structured induction with well defined targets. Management and team have been supportive in getting up to speed with products and technologies. Kept up to date with transparent company performance updates.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to report since I have started.
