Management is secretive and there is a complete lack of communication across the company. The company is acquiring other companies so fast that there is no planning, direction or guidance. Directors that are overseeing processes don't set a project overview, time table, or key milestones. Everything is last minute and when projects don't go as planned, the blame game and finger pointing begin, instead of taking accountability and ownership for their functional areas and processes. Benefits are average and no 401k match. Companies are acquired, employees are treated with disrespect and expected to work in a toxic environment. Sr. HR Leader that should be setting the standard for compassion, ethics, and professionalism exhibits none of these qualities.
