      *Traditional banking hours and holidays are a plus.

      Cons

      * Additional training after your first month is poor. Trainers overly rely on the management team to teach "current" protocols. * Poor management & communication between departments. There is a lot of finger pointing between departments. * Poor staff morale at a number of locations.
