Pros
Free breakfast and lunch provided, even sometimes the foods are not good. Providing free place to live even though it is a slum, full of bed bugs and cockroach.
Cons
This company is completely fake. They do not care about you at all. When you sign up the contract, they literally ask you to sign your name first, then, guess what, they grab the contract which have your name only, and sneak out. The next day you ask him to give the copy of your contract, what they do is to say latter. They never give the contract to you actually, since they never sign their name on it! They can pull you out anytime without any responsibilities. Most of the people who come here are students who have little working experience, they promise they will help them to find a job, the salary is at least $100,000 yearly! How? Fake you resume, decorate these newbies as a senior levels professionals, most of them will work in IT industry BTW. I saw most of the students would be failed. It is quite hard to pretend, the interviewers are easy to figure this out. How do they deal with these students who fail? Just pulled them out as nothing had ever happened. How do they earn money? If someone succussed to get a job, they will charge 40% of the salary which approximately $40,000 annually. If they can sell 10 students per year, they are done. Where are the policemen and what are the government doing? The company is apparently illegal. I hope no one will be bothered by these horrible people.
