The leads and supervisors are with you supporting you and helping you reach your goals with whatever you need. It's a great supportive system. The work was very rewarding, though it was a lot of hours. Also, the growth opportunities are amazing if you put in the work. I got promoted just 2 months into it, and that's a testament to the amazing support you have access to.

It's really fast paced, you often work many hours. I also usually worked on Saturdays as well.

Terrible pay out. they want you to work your butt off for little to no pay for the "big dream"
