    Ótimo Ambiente de trabalho, Carga horária boa, valorização para primeiro emprego, e para quem está afastado do mercado de trabalho à muitos anos.

    Cons

    Baixa remuneração mensal, que não está nem atualizada sobre o sálario minímo do país. E elevações de cargos, que aparentam ser facilitada através de "Padrinhagem", Deveria haver maior valorização sobre o que cada um sabe realmente fazer!

    Pros

    Good starting salary in comparison to the market, relatively flexible work time.

    Cons

    Doesn't provide the possibility to do remote working, even for IT. The dress code could be better, for example, it is only possible to use a very specific kind of shorts in the summer if you want to use shorts, and this kind of shorts is very uncomfortable.
