Pros
I really look forward to the direction Flow-Cal is headed. As for the people I work with directly, I believe they have strong potential to grow and become highly successful employees. As for upper management, I believe they have a strong vision for Flow-Cal's direction and a working to achieve this.
Cons
Flow-Cal changes slowly. I do believe middle management has trouble communicating how the strong vision upper management has is directly being effected by their employees. So, as an employee, I feel a disconnect between the vision upper management has and my direct work. Myself and other developers believe we are being significantly under paid, and management has not done anything to disprove or acknowledge this belief. I also wish management would at least take the simple steps of increasing moral.
