The money is good for the work that is expected of you. It's laid back.
Cons
The other employees are rude and make you feel like you don't exist, give you evils across the room when they haven't even had the decency to introduce themselves. There's no privacy (everyone knows about everything). There's no proper training system - they just explain your role, show you then expect you to do it. Hours are long. It's a real shame because this company has the potential to be really great.
