Pros
Some worker bees are very nice, hard working, and very passionate. Some are also innovative. But the challenge is that they can be very hard to find.
Cons
Ceo and cfo are super cheap. They switched to unlimited vacation so that they don't have to give employees their earned time off. Even though it's unlimited, it's up to your manager approval and those managers feel like they're gods so alot time they will work load and deny you vacation request. Before this switch, i earned 4 weeks off per year. After the switch, i can only take between 2 to 3 weeks off. So much for unlimited vacation. This should banned.
