Worst place - Analyst Franco Manufacturing Employee Review

Low compensation and bad healthcare/benefits. It has both an old-school mentality and old systems. There's poor management, and high turnover depending on the area. The work is too easy and you have to stay long hours doing nothing productive. You won't learn anything so if you're looking for meaningful work or somewhere that will progress your career, don't go here. This is the type of place where you are counting down the seconds everyday until you are allowed to leave. Worst place I've ever worked at.
