Pros
There is a 20% staff discount and 40% off uniform allowance, The girls there are the best coworkers i’ve ever had it’s genuinely like a little family and I looked forward to seeing them every weekend! The use of Teams is very easy to swap shifts and send messages to coworkers or managers
Cons
Some of the managers are very rude. There is a lot of favouritism you can clearly see by comparing how some are being treated compared to others. One of the managers is so forgetful and genuinely I don’t think they know what they’re doing a lot of the time and it’s very stressful for the staff to try explain things to them.
