    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Freelancer for more than a year

    Pros

You choose your own hours and avoid getting "stuck" at one company, as you get to pick and choose who you'll be working with. There's no boss or manager to deal with, and you can work remotely anywhere in the world. It's a higher paying job than most Freelance Writing jobs (besides Freelance Editing/Proofreading)

    Cons

Sometimes a client can be rushed or impatient, giving you tight deadlines. Clients sometimes want to micromanage all of your work, too. You must have a quiet workplace without distractions. Also, the job requires you to frequently interview people, and they can often be nervous or uncooperative or want to reschedule/put off interviews without respect for tight deadlines.
