Good Work Life balance in most of the projects.
Cons
Apart from good work life balance, nothing is good. If you want to take salary and sit along your life with that, you can join this company. - No substantial hikes(in last 2 years, it has been in single digits for top ratings) - Getting promotions is very difficult - There are less projects, and many employees remain on bench. Nowadays, bench duration is also reduced from 90 days to 45 days, by doing this, they are trying to lay off people silently. - Getting good ratings does not depend on your work, it only depends on how many higher management people know you. - No one notices your work, even if you shout it and showcase it, as your managers will not have interest at all. - HR is least responsive, worst I have even seen in my 8 years of experience, having worked in 3 different companies. - Career progression is not good. - Most teams have members across different locations, so no project team gathering or any outing, rare recreational activities in office premises. - Very small offices in Bangalore & Hyderabad locations. In Bangalore, the office cafeteria has seating capacity of around 50 people, and only one vendor which does not offer any variety at all.
