Pros
Company sells solutions that are needed in the market. Some very smart people work here.
Cons
The CEO is egotistical and continues to blame sales for poor performance, and does so on company wide meetings. This creates an awful culture where the rest of the company sees this and does note feel that there are improvements to be made across the organization, or to properly support sales.. There have been countless Sales leadership changes, but the same core issues remain. Sales typically is treated like the straw that stirs the drink at most companies. And in return they are held accountable. At Fusion Connect, sales is treated like the black sheep.
