Pros
Steady work. Ok health benefits. If a steady paycheck is what you need this is the place for you. They handle discipline matters better than most companies in the industry.
Cons
Little chance for advancement if you are not ex military or police. Retirement benefits a joke. Since 2010 things are getting more difficult the G4S bueaurocy is stifling. It now can take 3 months just ot order uniforms.
