There was perhaps less supervision than would be ideal for some employees

One of recruiter contacted me Friday after 6pm. He called & texted me over the weekend which sound a bit awkward. It was obvious he was calling somewhere from outside with smoking cigarette. No follow up after sending resume. I emailed and texted - no response at all. very unprofessional. Hope he wouldn't abuse my resume.
