Pros
If you like variety and having a say in the work, this is a great place to be. You’re not just handed tasks, you’re expected to think, shape and deliver. That makes the work more rewarding but also means you need to be comfortable without lots of hand-holding. Projects boradly cover brand and digital communication, often with interesting clients. The flip side is that being a small studio means juggling priorities and managing your own time well. It’s not a big team environment, so it suits people who like autonomy, responsibility, and variety rather than layers of hierarchy.
Cons
Workload can fluctuate depending on projects Requires strong self-discipline and organisation Less suited to those who prefer large team environments
