Pros
Great team, great people (talented, international and with really interesting backgrounds), CEO who listens to his employees and for whom you are not just a random number. He cares about your work-life balance and wants every employee to be fulfilled in his/her job position (well being). Management is great, grounded and easily approachable. You need to be able to work independently and have a certain level of self-motivation but the Management and your team are there to guide you, if needed. The international team is just amazing and the flex time is another great benefit. Part time jobs give parents the possibility to be even more flexible: great place to work at if you have kids. Company is profitable and its future is promising.
Cons
I am very happy at Genedata and proud to be part of the Genedata family. I would appreciate some more company events (worldwide) to spend more time with colleagues I do not interact with everyday and to create even more overlaps between Business Units.
