      Genpact is a good company to upskills yourself.

      Pros

      Genpact alway gives you leaning. You will learn lot of things, genpact don't lay off employees. Even if you are not working well, they just change your process.

      Cons

      No team outings. Primarily focus on work. Yearly hikes are very less. Lower salary, lower increment.
