Pros
The wages were good for the experience I had, hours were good and location of the office was perfect as it was by a train station as well as a car park big enough for all staff (which I have noticed is rare).
Cons
Colleagues look down at you, they have more experience but that doesn't mean they have to act like obnoxious or entitled. Management was non existent as they off loaded everything to team leaders. No formal training. When starting you get given a week to get to know the systems, without help of experienced staff as they are "too busy", I say that in speech marks as they tend to play online quiz games at least an hour of the day every day (after already taking lunches).
