      Everyone I worked with directly were tram players and all around made for a great work environment.

      Cons

      At times we felt like our wheels were spinning as executive leadership was always changing which lead to new initiatives every 6 months.

      -Excellent supportive environment -You can literally work on whatever projects you want be it Oil & Gas or marine or aviation depending on your interest -Good salary

      Cons

      -Salary is only good not best and compared to the engineers at foreign locations as France or US, Indians have a comparitively lower salary for the same job

      Transparency in work culture, lot of opportunities inside as GE has multiple businesses, know how is excellent, your talent is visible to top level. Very good growth

      You will have more responsibilities, so be commitment on your work to save time with your family
