Worst management. Behavior is worse. Payscale is worst. They are not even regular with PF contributions. They deduct the PF contributions from the salary ( both employer and employee share ) and they don’t even credit it in the PF account. This scam has been done with many people. Complaining to HR is useless, as HR is just a puppet of the management. The whole HR department is useless. The only thing they are good at is decorating the office, but when it comes to taking decisions for the betterment of the employees, they will keep their eyes , ears and mouth shut. I suggest nobody joins this company. And if somebody joins this company then I want to wish them best of luck because they need it. And if somebody is getting out of the company, then I want to congratulate them because they have survived their worst and no company is as worse as them. I regret a lot of things in my life but joining Globussoft was the worst decision of my life. Giving them a 1 star rating feels like doing a favor. These kind of companies deserve negative integer ratings ( Glassdoor, please try to implement this feature)
