Pros
They have good interface in place for writers. But that's about it.
Cons
Where do I start, no proper communication from any management. When you start a project, no details are given on the client requirements and a vague topic is given off to start with. When you do give your best shot, the "editors" who I suppose have a classic syndrome of "trying to prolong work and seem as if you are busy during work hours" are not happy with it. Good content starts with good requirements to the writer! Makes you wonder if the management themselves know anything about the client requirements or the project. How about you guys get a clear understanding of the project first and explain requirements to the writer who is writing it? I suppose it is hard and "expensive" to train new employees, but how hard is it to mail them a clear document of your requirements and errors on grounds the article will be rejected? Or do you want to keep it a secret, so that you will not be liable to pay the writer, but unethically edit content from them without paying them??? As far as pay is concerned, the company gets 420 rs per 500 words. It gives 150 rs per 500 words for writers.

You don't need to waste time on finding clients. Payment is more or less sent by next month.
Cons
Everyone has to start with Level 1 jobs that pay ridiculous amount like less than 0.012 USD per word. The inability to negotiate price for a project. The lack of transparency in their process. The writer is always in the dark about all this. Not allowing writers to contact clients even for a clarification. You need to write to support for that. Rigid delivery schedule (24 hrs to submit a project) Annoying inbuilt editor that hates creative writing.
