Lunch provided by the company, work from home on Fridays, good benefits package

There are many cons which make this company not worth while * They provide lunch so you don't leave the building * The culture is full of Ego - not talent *Their on boarding is lacking direction *Their IT team is not helpful *culture is hostile and not inclusive - they do not foster a culture of trust, but instead a culture of blame which is counter productive
