Terrible upper management who had no education or proven management experience. Negativity galore. Favoritism was very obvious. I was a favorite and it was just as bad for me as the non-favorites. No set rules or policies and everything changed on a whim. Hourly employees were mistreated by company. Receiving zero constructive feedback in my years of employment. We were expected to be on call and work 24-7, even on days we used PTO

*team and supervisors that present as competent *flexible schedules depending on the department *working with a population in need *small reimbursement for transportation

Cons

There is an overarching lack of accountability within the leadership and management teams. Drastic pay ranges and gaps between staff levels, disabled workers are paid minimum wage, office staff receive $20 hourly while supervisors and coordinators make between 45-90k annually. Nonexistent communication between departments, teams, and employees Constantly short-staffed and overturning employees due to burnout and overworking of entry-level employees.
