    Pros

    In kerala the drinking water supply sector is taken by Govt body. after my graduation i got the chance to work for the same which is aided by world bank. since the chance to work for the water supply&sanitation projects are limited opperutnities I succefully implemented several water supply project from 2013 to 2020.

    Cons

    There is no any chance to get salary hike or increment for contract employess like us. financially in the same position as & when i started.
