Small community hospital with peers that really care about each other. Clean environment. No coworker drama. Short commute for those in the burbs.
Cons
Management gets no where with employee requests and recommendations because the board shuts them down. Employee concerns are addressed with vague responses and buying themselves time. No bonus pay at some areas. No raises other than the cost of living 2%. Getting paid several dollars less here than other places.
