The best company I have stayed! - Great leadership, good supervisors/managers, providing work support and mentorship, setting achievable expectations/goals - Great colleagues, know what they are doing, willing to help out each other - Great culture, no toxic micro-managing, most of the people here are to work, go back or have fun, not here to create drama - Great up skill support, sponsoring work-related exams and exam leaves - Great work-life-balance, will OT sometimes but not often, long AL Besides compensation/benefits, overall nothing to complain. In my opinion one of the best companies in SG. If you seek for mid-slow-paced environment and stable career, and money is not your first priority, it is a GREAT place for you.
