      Not many. Occasional fun incentives and fairly easy sales process

      Cons

      Management and owners take no responsibility for their own actions. There are a few key favorites within the company and if you’re not one of them good luck. They want the maximum gain for the least amount of money and they could care less about the people.

      Pros

      This company is always about quality and taking care of their people. There's a lot of room for growth and I appreciate the owner always looking out for the employees. Love this company!

      we get to go on a cruise to the Bahamas if we hit our goals. LOL

      They offer remote positions and some weekends off

      Cons

      Pay is not sustainable, 9hr workdays but no more than 40hrs a week (no over-time allowed), semi-monthly pay, no sufficient training or coaching
