Good experience, young managers & office

I loved my co-workers they were all similar in age and experience. They made it feel like a welcoming environment and positive. Great training experience - they will fly you to headquarters for training in your first two weeks and again in your first 6 months. Opportunity to be promoted in the first 2 years - will still be facing very very high standards.
Cons
I never got the company car as promised even though I surpassed my first 90 days and exceeded all sales goals needed. Even when you make sales and exceed goals, they will continue to threaten to put you on an action plan even if you are working to reach goals (this does not change throughout the first 5 years you are working for them). The expectation is 70 calls per day - 350/week even after 90 days. Additionally 4-5 meetings ran per week with a proposal every 2 weeks. Management is very very young and does not necessarily have the experience or support to run a team or start their own office (most managers are promoted early and given an office to run as it is a fast growing company) Manager would not let you leave until 5 PM on the dot even though most sales roles do not work like that.

Pros
Ideal for entry level or experienced vets who don't need much to get off the ground. Excellent training, good product offerings for both clients & employees. Your office/sales manager matter but you can't go wrong with anyone in the South region. All great people who are willing to help and have valuable skillsets. Attractive commission structure + company car. Very manageable stats and fun conversations with prospects when you get into the swing of things.
Cons
Quite a grind to get good 'at bats.' Most business owners haven't heard about the model so there is a degree of education that can complicate asking for business. If you are a grinder, you will love the role.
