        Pros

        Startup energy, big tech benefits.

        Cons

Company kind of lost its way after the founder sold to a European conglomerate. The interim CEO was pretty terrible, but they recently brought in a new guy from the sister company up in Canada.

          Pros

1/2 day Fridays + $50 delivery credit, access to self learning tools

          Cons

Permits harassment and racism, no growth, gossip central (ok, most call centers are), managers dating team leads, low pay, most of your coworkers will be miserable in their home lives and carelessly bring it into the workplace (I’ve heard spouse arguments, coworkers asking each other for prescriptions/drugs (vyvanse, marijuana) all while in office, white coworkers getting away with calling POC peers “ghetto “…it’s a show to say the least. Serious warning, the probability of being respected as a non-white passing Hispanic or African American is LOW. Go to places that elevate and celebrate you. Here you are only tolerated (if even that.) And, lastly, if you do accept the position— congrats! I hope your experience will not be the same BUT, if it is, record, record, record for the EEOC. HR will not help you, they are infamous for trying to manage individuals out of the company.
