very chilled out workplace. Good for those at the senior positions. They will never fire you (even if you are on bench for more than 6 months). {talking about HCL Comnet}
Cons
a lot of power is given to your immediate manager, which they often misuse against you. Lack of openness (nobody is there to cater to your grievances). no criteria for your personal growth. no criteria for your work assignment (they don't care what you want to do, you only have to wait for minimum 1.5 years for any change). {talking about HCL Comnet}
