Good things: 1. Encourages employees to think out of the box 2. Offers certain amount of flexibility in working hours 3. Quick to adopt to changes in the Industry 4. Has moved to role-based rather than designation-based appraisals 5. Offers wide range of opportunities to employees, to choose from
Cons
No learnings, reduces your own market value. End up repeating same work over the years. Gets you in comfort zone, worst thing to happen in private sector. Don't get a chance to cross question the requirements from clients, just do it. Social sites are blocked in campus.
