Location is remote. HR doesn't seem to value women. There aren't many women in senior or strategic roles. They're mostly in operational roles. HEC lacks diversity in its staff. There is no internal entrepreneurial spirit or development of employees. Don't count on getting a degree at HEC while you're working there. They also don't give raises.
