Pros

Personally, I have worked at Hexx for about a year now (swing shift) and get along very well with my employees. There isn't work gossip which seems to be the normality of most restaurants. Front of house and back of house all get along very well. The new menu change , introduced in the past month, has proved to be a success with sales and reviews.

Cons

Only issues are the shortage of staff pertaining to bussers. Hexx is very fast paced and people coming in with little to no restaurant experience or not having worked at a high volume establishment before either quit or operate at a low level of efficiency.

The turnover rate is high from management to employees, so there can never be a set structure to maintain efficiency in the restaurant.

Pros

You will make good money, deal with high volume which makes day go by quicker, and it is very easy to get hired here. You can also get away with being rude to customers and say what you want. (If you want to view that as a pro)

Cons

You will be treated like garbage and easily replaceable. No employees are valued so everyone comes and goes. The only reason this restaurant is in business is strictly due to its location. You will be abused, overworked, and not given proper materials to complete your job. There is no training, accountability for your positions, or fixing problems that exist. If you’re a hostess, you’ll definitely be bussing tables and likely be running food as well.. and no, you will not make any extra money for this. Management does not deal with problems, instead everyone in every position goes through the same chaos the next day. Managers like to play hostess, busser, and food runner. If this restaurant was properly managed, they wouldn’t have to because they’d be able to fix what needs to be changed.
