Pros
HMI has some of the most supportive people I've ever worked with and I enjoy the team-focused approach that the company takes with every project. I've worked in the office and remotely for over five years and have had a very positive experience dealing with the supervisors and other employees. The company seems to always be striving to be better and looks for learning opportunities for leadership and staff members.
Cons
Processes and communication can always be improved, so I'd say keep working on these aspects and keep doing the learning initiatives.
