    product learning is good in some extend.

    Cons

    everyone in company wants to pull legs specially R & D no technical documents sharing , and expecting sudden magical output from freshers or newly joined engg no scope for anyone.. very much disappointed small company with narrow people

    Advice to Management

    they are self sufficient to understand no need of advice only they do not wan improve themselves

    Pros

    you will learn embedded system at starting level, no more pressure and overload, you have to work in working hours only.

    Cons

    No senior person for guideline Lack of good management system Seniors are crap and useless Some old uneducated peoples handling the company not good for youngester no any scope for brilliant candidates will not get the salary hike after spending a year working here.

    Advice to Management

    Be transparent organisation should change such management. focus on quality, dont make the name of indian products bad, indian products are also a brand , try to maintain that.
