Pros
Benefits package (pre covid) was good and they are few firms profitable during economic downturns (except the problem is how they stay profitable at designer’s expense.)
Cons
Not interested in investing in employees or developing talent. High employee turn over, deadlines that toss quality out the door, very dated technology/office/business model. Management is awful, won’t listen to employees suggestions. Owner actually fired his replacement because she was actually progressing the company for once.
