Pros
Excellent field techs, because they have to be- no engineering is done at this company, ever, with the exception of the techs in the field.
Cons
Management lies; they offer you a "salary" position, that is a trojan horse contract. When I brought up that they were not following stipulations they had agreed to, and that they were in writing, I returned from lunch to find my workstation gone over, and was immediately let go.
They have neither an understanding of, nor do they value their engineering. The manufacturers reps generate their Bill of Materials. They will install overpriced, unnecessary components to get a higher margin.
