Pros
HRG is had a lot of kind and friendly individuals. I absolutely loved my manager, she was kind, understanding and truly cared for every individual on her team. The HRG family cared about the work culture. Every year there was a wide variety of fun activities for all employees. The schedules were flexible, and some managers didn't make you feel bad for any sick leave or vacations. During the holidays, during good financial years, you received retirement bonuses or credit gift cards.
Cons
The pay is sadly low, in fact, I knew a few people there who had second jobs. If you are at the beginning stages of your career there is no room for advancement. Unless a manager leaves you'll be in the same position forever. Sometimes they may add on more responsibilities to your plate without renegotiating your pay. It's difficult for part-time employees to become full time.
