With only having one shift of production a day and two shifts of maintenance our maintenance technicians do stay busy and a workday can often go by quickly.
Additionally, our HR department has an open door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment and bullying, which encourages all employees to report any concerns, issues or abuse.
