We are a family owned business who values our employees and we reward all employees for their achievements and have several reward programs in place. Our highest priority is taking care of our employees and promoting from within. If not for our employees we would not have gotten to where we are. Fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, initiative and good old fashioned hard work, we hire people who are passionate about doing the right thing. With only having one shift of production a day and two shifts of maintenance our maintenance technicians do stay busy and a workday can often go by quickly. Additionally, our HR department has an open door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment and bullying, which encourages all employees to report any concerns, issues or abuse.
